Hello! My Name is Cassie Bogard, the owner of Rooted in Faith Salon & Boutique. I am a momma of 3, business owner, and wife! This is something I have always wanted to do and after having my daughter I quit my corporate job to fulfill my dreams of doing hair full time and owning a boutique. The best is yet to come as we just keep expanding!

FAQ - Online Orders

Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of purchased date to receive store credit.

All sales are final after 30 days.

Tags must be attached and the garment must be free of dirt, makeup, stains, smells, etc. 

All items marked 30% off or more or FINAL SALE are final sale, this includes VIP deals, Daily Deals, Sale, Promo, or Clearance items.

FINAL SALE means the item is NOT eligible for return, exchanges, or store credit. 


Additional:

• To start your return please email the following information to ckeitel95@gmail.com; your name, order number, and the reason for your return/exchange. We also ask that you include the returned tracking number via USPS/UPS. This helps to track the package in transit. Please keep in mind we are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition.

•For all returns please allow 3-5 business days to process your return once we receive it at our warehouse.

•We are not responsible for item(s) lost in transition. Please reach out to your mail carrier if your return is lost in transit.


Damages -

Please look over your order as soon as you receive it. We stand behind our products and want you to be 100% satisfied with them!

If your item(s) are damage or if there is an issue with your garment(s) please contact our returns team within 3 business days. This way we can get any problems resolved for you as soon as possible! We do ask you to send pictures of your damage/defect item along with the original package your items were received in.


ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

• Merchandise must be returned & received within 30 days for store credit.

•All returns via snail mail should be mailed within 3 days of the date you receive your item to ensure it is received at our warehouse within 14 days. Please be sure to email us your information along with returning tracking number as soon as you send your package.

Refund Policy

Here is a simple run-down of the rules and procedures for returns:

•Items can be returned for store credit if received within 30 days
•No refunds for merchandise returned after 30 days
•All returns via snail mail must be mailed within 7 days of the date your start your return process. Please email us your tracking number as soon as you send your package. This will begin your refund process.
•Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return
•Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and all tags must still be attached
•Please include your invoice or receipt number with the items you wish to return
•For mailed returns please allow 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it at our warehouse

Shipping Policies

Shipping 
Orders are typically shipped within 2-3 business days unless your item(s) are under pre-order terms. Excludes holiday & peak seasons. 


We ship via UPS or USPS first class or priority depending on weight and will usually arrive to you with-in 2-5 business days of shipping date. Please refer to the carrier's website for full delivery & zone details.

Tracking & Delivery 
All customers will receive an automated email and/or text including tracking once the order has been shipped to the email provided at checkout.


We are not responsible for delays in shipping, lost or damaged items, or products marked "Delivered" by USPS. If tracking states that your order has been delivered, it is YOUR responsibility to contact USPS and file a claim if necessary. 

If a package is lost or stolen while in transit, we are not responsible for refunding or replacing merchandise. Please contact your local carrier (USPS or UPS) to start a claim.

 

Pickup
Pre-orders are eligible for FREE in store or pick-up. 

Orders are typically ready 2-4 business days unless your item(s) are under pre-order terms. Excludes holiday season(s).

Please wait for your text/email confirmation with pick up instructions before heading over to pick up your order. 

Orders can be picked up at 130 W 3rd St Mount Vernon, IN 47631.

Pick up hours are Monday - Thursday 10-7PM, Friday 10-6PM,Saturday 10-2PM, and Sunday 12-5PM.
